If you have placed an order and we cannot deliver a product, this is a non-delivery. With a non-delivery you can choose to wait until the product is available again or we will reimburse the product in the form of a store credit or a credit.
Package is delayed

Change delivery address
Do you want to change or add a delivery address? This can easily be done in your personal dashboard, via Address Book.
Transport damage
Has your package arrived damaged? Please report it to us within 24 hours via email or WhatsApp. Include a photo of the damaged package and your order number in your message so that we can promptly offer a suitable solution.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
With UPS, you have the option to pay upon receiving your package. When the courier is at your door, you will need to settle the payment for your order. Please note: for this service, an additional amount of €15 is charged on top of UPS's standard shipping costs. Additionally, this option is only available for orders valued at €200 or more.
