Quality as a Core Value

While repairing a cell phone, problems can occur that cannot always be avoided, even for a wholesaler like us or you as a mobile repair technician. We understand that these problems can have a variety of causes, but one aspect that we as wholesalers can have control over is the quality of the parts we supply. How do we do that? By performing extensive testing on the parts before they are shipped. 


The Quality Improvement Team (QIT) is responsible for testing the parts we offer. The team strives to ensure that the quality of the parts does not hinder a successful repair, and that the end consumer does not suffer. The QIT team is assembled in China and consists of 25 to 30 experienced professionals. These team members have gained extensive experience at reputable manufacturers, where they worked as engineers or in other technical departments. As a result, they have in-depth knowledge of the parts we sell.


We understand the challenges mobile repair technicians face on a daily basis, and we are well positioned to convey this feedback to our suppliers. This allows us to improve the quality of parts and bring products to market that meet the needs of repairers.


Easy Returns and Warranty Retention

While our quality team is committed to providing you with the best products, there may be times when a replacement product does not work properly for various reasons and needs to be returned. With the RMA process Foneday has developed, you can return products easily and quickly, and our team will review them quickly.


When it comes to warranty, we as a wholesaler are very flexible. It's important to us that customers can count on us. If a product is out of warranty, we are always willing to work together to find a mutually beneficial solution. For example, if a phone is damaged during a repair or the product is accidentally broken, our team in China will assess whether the product can be repaired. If our team can repair it and the product is still saleable, we will still arrange a refund for the customer. We value offering certain guarantees to our customers so that they do not face the challenges alone.
